A. We like to arrange a day & time as soon as possible that suits both the client & Bartay Agency so we can put services in place as soon as possible.
Q. Are your staff qualified?
A. Yes, all staff have minimum Cert III Aged Care & many have Cert IV Disabilities
Q. What is the cost of these services?
A. It is just a phone call to us to inquire about the costing of services, and we can tailor services to suit the individual or families.
Q. How do we pay for these services?
A. Bartay Agency will send out an account for the total amount due for the services received and along with the account payment details.
Q. What do I do if there is a need to cancel or change the services that have been put in place?
A. Just call the office and we will make all the necessary arrangements so that you receive the service on another day, the same time or a different time that suits, or you can cancel the service altogether.
