Our services

Bartay Agency provide the following services in the Macedon Ranges and surrounding areas.

Personal Care services

Assistance with showering& dressing, assistance with ted stockings or pressure stockings, Meal preparation, prompting clients to take their medications, preparing their breakfast.

Respite Care services 

 Assisting clients to do their banking, shopping, caring for clients while their carers have some much needed time out, taking the client out for a coffee or lunch, or to meet their friends to accommodate their social needs. Transporting clients to DR’s, Dental or Hospital or any other appointments they may need to attend.

Home care duties 

Vacuum carpets, sweep & mop floors, clean bathroom & toilet, washing, ironing, wash dishes, wipe down kitchen benches.

Overnight Care 

We can provide staff to stay overnight in clients own homes, so the staff do the caring while the families and carers can take time to get the rest they need so they can then care for their loved ones during the day.
